What We’re Looking For:

• A cool-headed multitasker who can deliver exceptional customer care and smooth communication.
• A professional with computer literacy, excellent written and spoken English and impeccable grammar.
• Someone with the flexibility to work weekends and cover leave or sickness shifts.
• Experience in front desk, sales, or the spa industry is preferred, but we value passion and the right attitude above all.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Coordinating between clients and therapists to curate unforgettable treatment experiences.
• Managing reservations and ensuring seamless client journeys from start to finish.
• Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand’s luxury standards.
